Boken om de stora strömavbrott i USA ”When the Lights Went Out: A History of Blackouts in America” av David Nye kom ut nu i Mars. Han tar upp ett antal stora strömavbrott sedan 1935 och pekar på olika skillnader och likheter mellan dessa. SvD har en under strecket om boken.
