Ingen ekonomi har haft investeringar i nivån kring 50% för någon längre tid även om en kommando ekonomi kan gör det längre.

Som Nouriel Roubini säger så överinvesterar nu landet i fysiskt kapital, infrastruktur och fastigheter, som nya tomma flygplatser, motorvägar ut i tomma intet, hela städer och höghastighetståg.
