Revenue Watch Institute (RWI) gör ett index på på länders öppenhet för data som rör oljeutvinning.
Norge har här ett högt index på 96 men däremot har Algeriet bara ett index på 23. Länder som inte talar om hur mycket reserver av olja man har får då ett lågt index, detta är ofta länder som är med i OPEC, som skriver upp sina reserver för att kunna utvinna mer.

Detta är ett exempel på hur deras data ser ut för olika länder.
