Chris Nelder på The Energy transition show har gjort en intervju med Mason Inman som nyligen skrivet en biografi om M. King Hubbert ”The Oracle of Oil: A Maverick Geologist’s Quest for a Sustinable Future. Han var den som utvecklade teorin om Peak Oil mellan 1940-1980. Han förutspådde Peak Oil i USA och även globalt med dom verktyg och data som han hade på den tiden. Det finns mycket intressant och lyssna på under ca 1 timme. Det visar sig att diskussionerna som pågår i dag har hållit på sedan hans tid i alla fall.
På slutet förklarar Chris varför han är skeptiskt till IEA prat om decoupling mellan koldioxid och ekonomisk tillväxt.
