  • Running Short of Tailwinds for the Economy 22 november, 2023
Strangely enough, the economy seems to move from tailwind to tailwind, as new resources are discovered, as population expands, and as central banks figure out new ways to fix the economy. In this post, I will describe some tailwinds affecting the economy. Many of these have recently lost their value or are likely to lose […]
  • Dr. Tom Murphy’s Infinite Growth with a Finite Brain 5 december, 2023
Physicist Dr. Tom Murphy is one of the most aware and smart people I know of. He’s also a wise man that cares about things that matter, and tries to set a good example with his lifestyle. Roubini: Energi och livsmedelspriser hotar stabiliteten

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

China’s been behind the curve in terms of monetary tightening – they’ve done it too little compared to what they should, and the risk is now inflation might get out of control.
”Because they don’t want to lose competitiveness and trade and exports… they’re pushing the problem down the road, and then when inflation really rises they’ll have to tighten much more.
