En av Peak Oil’s förgrundsgestalter är död, han avled den 9 augusti 67 år gammal i Main, USA Han skrev boken Twilight in the Desert: The Coming Saudi Oil Shock and the World Economy,” 2005 efter en lång tids studie av hur olja. Han var en stor suporter till ASPO-USA.
