The Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment har publicerat ett dokument som visar att förmågan att möta förväntade framtida efterfrågan på olja är vid en Tipping Point och att vi måste påskynda utvecklingen av alternativa bränsle och minska förbrukningen av fosila bränslen.
